Organisation and running of the workshops
- Workshops begin at 9:00 h and end at 17:00 h, with coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon and a snack during the lunchbreak. For self-catering, there are also numerous restaurants, cafés and snack bars as well as a discount store in the immediate vicinity of the workshop location.
- To ensure that the workshops start on time, please arrive a little earlier to register. The registration desk will be manned from 8:30 h.
- For the practical part of the workshops, please bring a laptop and install the software required for the respective workshop in good time before the start of the event. Installation on site is not possible for technical reasons (W-LAN capacities). Information on the required software can be found in the abstract of the respective workshop or will be communicated to you in good time before the start of the event.
- Internet access is generally possible via eduroam with your own device.
