7. Fair Compensation 🔗

The IQB offers remuneration in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Public Service of the Federal States (TV-L) – including negotiated pay increases, a fixed number of annual leave days, and an annual bonus. Full-time positions include 30 days of annual leave. In addition, December 24 and December 31 are granted as additional days off.

Health and well-being are a priority at the IQB.The IQB encourages preventive care and offers the opportunity to participate in the sports programme of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

9. Pension Scheme 🔗

The IQB also supports employees in planning for retirement by contributing to the VBL occupational pension scheme.
