Your consent will be obtained as part of the registration process. Reference is made to this data protection declaration.
When you register for the newsletter, your email address and the date of registration are saved. Your email address is required to deliver the newsletter. The date of registration is collected exclusively for the purpose of documenting the registration for the newsletter.
The storage and processing is carried out in connection with the data processing for sending the newsletter. The data is not passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.
The legal basis for the processing of data after registration for the newsletter is your consent, cf. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The email address and time of registration are therefore stored for as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active or until the newsletter service is discontinued.
You can cancel the subscription at any time. For this purpose, you will find a relevant link in each newsletter and in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can send an email to fdz@iqb.hu-berlin.de and revoke your consent. This also enables you to revoke your consent to the storage of the personal data collected during the registration process.
The revocation is effective for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the exercise of the revocation. After revocation of consent, you will no longer receive newsletters.
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data from the data controllers.
You also have the following rights:
