Workshop fees and payment

Fees per workshop: 

1. Undergraduate and Master's students (doctoral students only if they do not have a doctoral or staff position): 50,00 Euro per workshop
2. Academic staff including doctoral students and professors employed part-time at universities and public research institutions (max. 75 %):  
   70,00 Euro per workshop
3. Academic staff incl. doctoral students and professors at universities and public research institutions with an employment volume of more than 75%: 
   130,00 Euro per workshop
4. Other participants: 
   250,00 Euro per workshop

Money transfer:

Payment of the workshop fees is by bank transfer only; we regret being unable to accept cash and credit card or EC card payments.

Fees for those workshops for which you have a binding registration will be invoiced by email. Please do not transfer any money without quoting the reason for payment stated on the invoice.

For administrative reasons all workshops will be invoiced separately. If you have booked more than one workshop, please make one single bank transfer of the sum total and quote all invoice numbers in the reason of payment.

Please note:

• If your institution is to pay the fees for you (regardless of whether it carries out the transfer directly or whether you transfer the fees and your institution subsequently reimburses them to you), please be sure to clarify with your institution in advance which billing address is to be used and indicate this billing address in the registration form (if necessary, also use the field "Further remarks").
• You, not your institution, are our contractual partner and you, not your institution, are responsible for the timely receipt of your participation fees. If your institution cannot guarantee that the payment deadline will be met, kindly transfer the fees yourself and then have them reimbursed by your institution.
